The Kidney is an important organ with many functions in the body, including producing hormones, absorbing minerals and filtering blood and producing urine.It's characterized by two bean shape located in the abdominal cavity on each side of the spine.Here are the common habits that damage our kidney. Insufficient water intake. From biological point of view, the main function of the kidney is to drain out metabolic waste from our system and balance the erythrocytes in our bodies. According to medical experts, too much protein increases metabolic loads and can damage the kidney condition in the long run.Smoking, smoking increases the blood pressure and heart rate.
