Detectives from the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) on Monday morning, arrested former National Youth Service Deputy director general Adan Harakhe and Devolution Ministry tender committee chairman Hassan Noor.
This is after a warrant of arrest was issued by a High Court in Nairobi, last week.
The two who are implicated in a Sh47 million scandal, part of the Sh1.8 million NYS scam at the Ministry, failed to appear in Court for prosecution.
Milimani Senior Principal Magistrate Felix Kombo also issued warrant of arrest against four others who include Ruth Njeri, Salim Mola, Kennedy Nyamao and Florence Bett.
Harakhe and Noor were taken to Integrity Centre, which houses EACC offices for grilling, after which they were taken to Court to face charges.
