Football Kenya Federation South Coast Branch CEO Sumba Bwire has sent a message of congratulations to the national soccer team Harambee Stars for winning this year’s edition of the Council for East and Central Africa Football Association (Cecafa) championship.Bwire said the achievement is a testimony that the federation made the right choice in acquiring the newly appointed head coach Paul Put.“I wish to send my heartfelt congratulations to Harambee Stars for lifting the Cecafa title.
