Football Kenya Federation South Coast Branch CEO Sumba Bwire has sent a message of congratulations to the national soccer team Harambee Stars for winning this year’s edition of the Council for East and Central Africa Football Association (Cecafa) championship.Bwire said the achievement is a testimony that the federation made the right choice in acquiring the newly appointed head coach Paul Put.“I wish to send my heartfelt congratulations to Harambee Stars for lifting the Cecafa title. The boys have done us proud and deserve a pat on the back,” said Bwire.Bwire further urged the Belgium coach to scout for untapped talent in the Coast region, starting with the forthcoming FKF South Coast Branch mini-league.“Coast Region has been home to budding talent since time immemorial. There are several players whose sublime skills have escaped the attention of the coaches.
