Kenya Harlequins have landed four new signings ahead of the resumption of Kenya Cup this weekend.
Cyprian Kuto (Menengai Homeboyz), Alex Olaba (Strathmore Leos), Mtalaheri Mathew (Impala Saracens), and Ugandan David Semwani will form part of the new-look of the Ngong road based team.
According to citizen sports, the return of Kenya Simba utility back Cyprian “Manguvuman” Kuto to the squad will be a huge boost to a team that has lost crucial points in the first round of the Kenya cup.
The burly forward will definitely bring in experience pace, discipline, and leadership to the squad.
The inclusion of David Olaba from Strathmore Leos and Ugandan David Semwani from Rhino RFC adds more depth to the team.
Semwani will link up with his fellow countrymen Aaron Ofoyrowth, Ronald Mussaja, Solomon Okia and Joseph Aredo.
The new signings, if selected, will make their debut this Saturday as they face Kabras Sugar at the Kakamega showground on Saturday.
Harlequins have been defeated once against Menengai Homeboyz and will be out to build on an early momentum as the league enters its home streach
Kabras Sugar, on the other hand, are among the two teams that have managed to record 100 percent results in the first four games of the season and losing to Harlequins will not be part of their strategy.
