Top city lawyer Mr Nelson Havi has warned major airlines and the officials of the Jomo Kenyatta airport of dire consequences if they will facilitate the unlawful removal of Miguna Miguna.
"Dear @emirates @KLM @KenyaAirways @British_Airways @KenyaAirports, dear @flyethiopian @EtihadAirways @qatarairways @airfrance @flySAA_US, you will be in violation of a Court Order and international law if you facilitate the unlawful removal of Miguna Miguna from Kenya. The Order is duly served upon you," he said.
The controversial lawyer landed in the country on Monday at 2:30 pm and even interventions by NASA leader Raila Odinga and a battery of high profile lawyers and business magnet Jimmy Wanjingi have not enabled him to get a free pass.
According to Mr Havi with a Kenyan ID, Miguna does not require a VISA or any other condition to come back into his country of birth.
However, the office of the immigration department has said they have dispatched their officials to JKIA for Miguna Miguna to fill.
"To enable Miguna to regularise his citizenship status, the Department of Immigration has this morning dispatched the requisite application forms to JKIA for Miguna to duly fill for processing," reads a tweet by Immigration Kenya.
