The Kenya National Union of Nurses chair John Biiy has dissociated himself from claims that he is receiving money in exchange for employment at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital.

Speaking to journalists in Eldoret on Monday, John Biiy said that an impersonator  has been using his name and rank on claims that he is working on behalf of Dr Kibisia the director of Moi Teaching and Referral hospital on the pretext that the director is able to employ their people upon payment of Sh20,000.

“The impersonator John Bii has been calling members of the County Assembly of Uasin Gishu County.  So far he has called three MCAs from Kesses, Soy and Moiben Wards informing them of the fake deal,” said Biiy.

Biiy said that the intentions of the impersonator could be to fleece the unsuspecting members of the public of their hard earned money by using deceitful means.

He also noted that the impersonator could be a person set to tarnish his name and bring him down. Adding that his name is John Biiy with a ‘Y’ at the end.

“I kindly request the honorable Speaker of the County Government of Uasin Gishu County to bring this matter to the attention of all the honorable members so that they can warn their constituents not to fall into the trap of the said criminal person, “said Biiy

He urged the police to investigate and expose the criminal .So far the matter has been reported at Moiben Police Station.
