Machakos women representative Dr Susan Musyoka has called on the community to help in fighting gender-based violence by reporting the cases immediately they occur.

Musyoka was speaking after attending a church service at Makaveti Catholic Church Sunday where she accompanied Machakos deputy governor Bernard Kiala, Machakos Senator Johnston Muthama and a host of MCA's to the Sunday service.

The team avoided politics while in the service and addressed a rally thereafter the service as a show of respect. 

Dr Susan also urged the community to remain steadfast in their support of Kalonzo Musyoka and that they should not be divided as the country heads to 2017 general elections.
