Nasa’s top brigade now wants the Director of Public Prosecutions to institute criminal charges against Safaricom’s six top managers.
The coalition says the six were part of the team those committed electoral offences during the August polls, which were annulled by the Supreme Court due to illegalities.
Nasa has further threatened to begin private prosecutions on the individuals if the DPP fails to take action within 72 hours.
The names that have been given out by NASA for investigations include;
Thibaud Relolle, a French national who is the Director Technical and IT department, Anthony Gacanja head of Technology and security, Shaka Kwach head of special projects in charge of elections.
Others include Farouk Gaffour, who is the head of network and service operations, Andrew Masila who is the senior manager strategy and Architecture and David Chirchir.
Through their lawyer David Oluoch, NASA insists that unless investigations are done within 72 hours, there will be private investigations.
Nasa says the officials aided or abated the commission and breached the constitution in the process.
The lawyer further says draft charges against the individuals have been drawn awaiting action by the DPP.
The opposition has maintained that they will not go the October polls with the current IEBC, and have demonstrated to kick out IEBC Chair Ezra Chiloba.
