Jubilee Party on Friday released a list of top officials that will oversee the coalition's campaigns prior to the 2017 elections.
In North Eastern region, Aden Duale, Abbas Sheikh, Mohamed Mohamud and Hassan Yussuf will coordinate all the regional campaigns in the area.
The names were released on Friday, after the party delegates met at the Bomas of Kenya. Present in the function were President Kenyatta and his deputy.
During the function, the party leadership failed to release the names for various party leadership positions, disclosing that what the party was prioritizing for now is how to win the next general elections.
With the release of the campaign coordinators, it is now obvious that the Jubilee aspirants have officially kick-started its campaigns in various elective positions across the counties.
In Garissa County, Duale has been making occasional political tours in the region while drumming support for himself in an effort to counter the growing popularity of his biggest rival, Farah Maalim.
