The president trusts him a lot and this makes him one of the decision makers within the inner sanctum of power," the source told The Standard.According to people close to Gecaga, they have described him as a cunning and zealous individual despite his quite and likeable demeanour.Gecaga attended the prestigious Eton college in Windsor, Berkshire.
