Former Bomet Governor Issac Ruto has for the first time revealed his plans after losing the August 8 polls.
Ruto stated that he has embarked on serving the community and handling personal matters.“I just want to recoup in the lost time with my family and continue with my businesses. I want to assist locals to farm through cooperative societies, especially in the dairy sector which has great potential in the region,” Ruto is quoted by Nation.According to the Chama Cha Mashinani leader, doing community volunteer work is a form of giving back to the community.He now shuttles between his homes in Tumoi, Chepalungu, Kericho, and Nairobi where he runs various businesses.Ruto lost his seat to Jubilee's Joyce Laboso.The former county boss vied for the seat as a co-principal in the National Super Alliance.He later ditched NASA nad rejoined Jubilee Party during the October 26 fresh presidential election.
