Ethic and Anti-Corruption Commission detectives traced the governor's primary school journey demanding a report from his primary school.

The school, Tom Mboya primary in Mombasa has come clear on Joho's academic life in the school.

It said the county boss joined the school in 1980 to 1988.

He scored 286 marks.

This is after managing to score the following: In English language he scored 55 (C+), Kiswahili 60 (B-), Mathematics 61 (B-), Science and Agriculture 36 (D+), Geography, History, Civic and Religious Education 36 (D+) and in Arts and Crafts, Home science and Music he scored 38 (D+).
