Wiper party founding member Johnstone Muthama has assured Ukambani residents that he will continue working with their point man Kalonzo Musyoka. Muthama told mourners in Matungulu Sub County that he was part of Musyoka’s fight for good governance and a just society.

“I will continue to support him in his fight for a just society and good governance of the country,” said Muthama as reported by the Star.

Kalonzo Musyoka and Muthama differed during Wiper nominations that forced the latter to campaign for NASA independently. Their disagreement was projected to split Wiper but Muthama has on several accusations promised to continue working with the former Vice President.

Meanwhile, Muthama promised to continue his fight against Governor Mutua’s leadership should he (Mutua) fail to review tax laws that he said exploit the poor. He demanded that Mama Mboga and Boda Boda operators be taxed fairly.

Other leaders who attended the burial were Kangundo MP Fabian Muli, local MP-elect Stephen Mule and  Alex Kamitu who is Tala Ward MCA-elect.
