[Photo|Courtesy]Tharaka Nithi Senator Kithure Kindiki expressed his disappointment, during a television interview alongside his Siaya counterpart James Orengo, after he was called a 'busybody'.Things started when Kindiki boasted that President Uhuru Kenyatta had won in the August 8 elections, and that Orengo's NASA coalition could not just accept defeat, and ran to the Supreme Court, which successfully nullified Uhuru's win.The Jubilee lawmaker said he was present at the IEBC national tallying centre at the Bomas of Kenya to back up the Jubilee team during vote tallying.Contrary to Orengo, Kindiki indicated all presidential election agents were given limited back-end access to IEBC servers to monitor the incoming results, and that he too, had access."No, you were not there. Your name was not on the list as an agent," Orengo quickly shut the senator."You were not an agent there, therefore you were just a busy body there. Only authorised agents were allowed into the centre after initially showing their documents," Orengo added. The interview saw the interviewee, change to an alternative topic, where Kindiki further attacked Nasa, saying its petition at the Supreme Court, wss baseless."Remember I had made it public that I have a bombshell. You underrated us but we proved you wrong," he added.Orengo was the senior counsel of the Nasa coalition in court, before the September 1 verdict.
