[Photo|Courtesy]Embakasi East MP Babu Owino, was arraigned in court, Tuesday morning, after spending night in police custody.This is after he allegedly echoed sentiments that targeted President Uhuru Kenyatta, during a NASA campaign rally in Nairobi, Sunday.He reportedly said "president ni mtoto wa mbwa" (president is a child of a dog).He was arraigned at the Milimani Law Courts, and charged with hate speech.Siaya Senator, senior counsel James Orengo defended him, before the court, in a manner that left social media talking about it.
