Alego Usonga Member of Parliament Samuel Atandi has claimed that President Uhuru Kenyatta will forcibly be installed as president elect come Thursday, October 26, 2017."There is no election. What is going to happen on Thursday is going to be a forcible installation of President Uhuru Kenyatta outside the Constitution," Atandi said in a statement seen by a local daily. The ODM legislator however said the National Super Alliance (Nasa) will not accept what will happen on Thursday as an election."As NASA, we will not consider what will happen on Thursday as an election. The tribal kingpins who are behind the President have told him he must be the President at whatever cost," he said."His election on August 8 was annulled by the Supreme Court and his people are not happy that he was not handed over the instruments of power," Atandi added.Atandi further noted that after Uhuru will be installed as president elect, it is then when he will call for talks with Nasa.He however dismissed any hopes of the opposition have a dialogue after the October poll."After he is sworn in, he will want to pretend to call for dialogue with NASA. NASA is not interested with dialogue after the election, but we are telling him that what we wants is a process where all Kenyans can exercise their democratic rights freely in a is free and fair manner that is devoid of coercion, massacres and intimidation," he said. The Alego Usonga MP added, "What Jubilee is doing is very dangerous for their leadership. Their leadership will lack legitimacy, both among Kenyans and the international community."
