Nyamira Governor John Nyagarama has been seen in several public gatherings reciting poems and doing jigs, most of which have gone viral on social media.
This writer found time to interview the county boss on Tuesday over what motivates him in doing so.
Governor Nyagarama said art has been his passion right from his primary school days back in Nyakemincha before he joined Maseno School where he was mentored hence building his art.
"At Maseno, I was given for art and it's when I read lots of literature books which I loved most," said Nyagarama.
When asked how he came to love quoting the Shakespearean literature, Nyagarama said the books have good language and also likes all the twist therein that makes plays and poems interesting.
"In our daily life is full of literature and I understand none doesn't like being entertained and refreshed especially in long sittings. I love introducing my speeches that way," said Nyagarama.
