A High Court judge is staring at an uncertain future after a Nairobi lawyer filed a petition seeking his removal as a judge.The petitioner, Adrian Kamotho, has expressed his serious reservations about how the High Court judge adjudicated a case in which he had file against the Communication Authority of Kenya (CAK).Mr. Kamotho had sought a review from Justice Mativo of a determination by Justice Lenaola on the CAK issue.Kamotho contends that the determination made by Justice Mativo had been plagiarised from a determination made in another case.
