Narok High Court on Thursday nullified elections of Shankoe ward MCA Patrick Sosio in yet another blow to the ruling party.
Jubilee party has been on the receiving end with a similar fate hitting Wajir Governor Mohammed Abdi last week.
Filed by ODM's Patrick Tampushi, the court ordered fresh elections citing irregularities and discrepancies.
"I am happy for the results. We were robbed off our victory and our people will have now a chance to showcase their preferred leader," Tampushi told reporters.
The court ruling was received firebrand Narok Senator Ledama ole Kina who insisted that Jubilee rigged NASA in August.
"Another big win for ODM party court nullifies elections of Shankoe ward. Back to the ballot and many more to come," he tweeted.
On his part, Sosio insisted that he shall appeal the ruling adding that he is was equally ready for a by election.
"We shall appeal the ruling but I am confident that I will carry the day again should we go for a by election."
