It had been months of relentless grind in the newsroom; editing, calling writers, and breaking stories.
With it all, time to take a well-deserved breather; time to escape into another world beckoned. And what a better place to seek that escape than Kereita Forest, to soak in its cool air, challenging topography and mind-blowing vistas!
Last week on Friday, Hivisasa staff broke the norm from the usual flurry of activities within the newsroom and had a day out at the Forest Lodge-tucked deep in Kereita Forest within Lari Constituency, Kiambu County.
The staff engaged in several team building activities including archery, zip lining, biking, horse riding, paintballing and of course, lots and lots of food.
Below are some of the photos showing the staff engaging in different team building activities.
