A section of Jubilee Party supporters from Kisii County now wants the party's secretariat to nullify elections of officials from counties marred with violence.
Jubilee Party held its first elections of interim officials across the country but the exercise was disrupted in several regions among them Nakuru and Muranga.
Led by Jimmy Ondimu, they said President Uhuru Kenyatta's party could lose credibility before polls following allegations of bungled election in several regions.
"We want to urge the Jubilee Party secretariat to consider holding fresh elections in affected areas. It will be prejudicial that several people are complaining of bungled elections," he said.
"The party's credibility is on test and to pass, we have to ensure the will of people is respected. You cannot force officials down the throats of supporters. This is even dangerous to election of President Uhuru Kenyatta," he added.
In Kisii County, the exercise was relatively calm and the list has since been endorsed by key political players from the region.
