Cracked heels are not only embarrassing but also painful and hence with time this becomes a discomfort to handle.
Such conditions are caused by dehydration, improper diet and wearing the wrong kinds of footwear.
One should start taking precautions before your heels start to crack and eventually lead to pain and bleeding.

One of the ways is to use baking powder where one is supposed to add two tablespoons of baking soda in warm water, soak your feet in the liquid for about half an hour, if possible you can add bath salts which also helps to soften the skin and ease the muscle and the repeat the procedure regularly.
The second procedure involves the magic of a banana which entails whipping a ripe banana in a mixer, applying the paste evenly on your feet and letting dry for 10 minutes and then washing it off with warm water and repeating the remedy once a week.
Last but not least there is the wonder of olive oil method that involves dipping a cotton ball into olive oil and applying it to the affected areas and gently massaging in circular motion and when done wear a pair of socks and let your skin to absorb the oil and rinse the feet after an hour and repeat the procedure once a week.
