After five days in police detention and a series of defied court orders, Miguna was deported to Canada for allegedly having renounced his Kenyan citizenship.

"We held our own investigations and we established that Miguna was not a Kenyan citizen. We ensured he goes back home," said Major General Godfrey Kihalangwa.

At his Toronto office, Miguna , who had hosted Kenyan born activist Samuel Okemwa, condemned Interior CS Fred Matiang'i adding that the worst 'awaits him'.

Throughout the five days in detention, he argues, police only gave him food twice and denied him chance to take shower.

"My brother Matiang'i, these people are using you to kill your own people, your own tribe. History will be too harsh on you," he wrote.

NASA has lined up an army of lawyers who would battle in court with government for reinstatement of Miguna's confiscated passport.
