While speaking at the parliament buildings, Hon Mbadi who also doubles up as the National Assembly minority leader called for the formation of an all-inclusive IEBC secretariat.
He also said that the resignation of the three came late.
He said they resigned due to their own selfish interest and not of public interest.
He, however, called for the remaining three commissioners not to resign despite not having a quorum.
He also said that they are in support of the idea that the electoral reforms of IEBC must form part of the discussion the country will have to undertake.
Mbadi also said, "With these three commissioners, the commission is existing and therefore before they leave office we must agree on holistically restructuring the commission."
He even added that without looking at the secretariat and without looking at the total arrangement and organization of the IEBC, they will still get it wrong.
He even made it clear that ODM or NASA is in no position to defend any commissioner calling them 'criminals'.
He also said Chiloba is not wanted at the IEBC.
