NLC chairman Muhammad Swazuri on Tuesday speaking in Mombasa said Pandya Memorial Hospital management wrote a letter to the commission admitting having taken part of the land belonging to the school.
“The hospital management has written a letter which we have in our possession. The hospital has admitted to have grabbed the land,” he said.
Swazuri added that the hospital in the letter requested talks to be help to find a way forward.
“The whole of the doctors’ plaza is on the school land. The dispute over the part of the land between the hospital and the school has been ongoing for more than a decade and the hospital want talks to be help to decide on the matter,” he said.
