Fresh details are emerging that former classmates of Patrick Nderitu might have had a hand in the gruesome murder of his young family.Nderitu murdered his family, wive and three children before he committed suicide by setting their house ablaze.

Relatives who have summoned the courage to speak say the quarry supervisor had financial issues which reportedly emanated from his former schoolmates.

The classmates, who remain anonymous, are said to have approached the deceased with a sweet deal which would have turned him into an overnight millionaire.

The claimed they had well place connections within military stations in the country and would help him supply bricks to one army barrack. To hitch the deal, Nderitu needed good money; a cool Sh1.5 million.

It is this deal, that sent Nderitu on a borrowing spree as he could not raise the money.

This irked his wife who was against the deal and told him, if the deal is too good, think twice!

Their pastor has also come out to corroborate the accounts saying he had also advised the young man against the deal but he could hear none of it.

Relatives now believe this deal could have gone sour making him lose his mind wondering how he could pay the debts.

A relative who spoke on condition of anonymity believes the classmates swindled Nderitu an amount close to Sh1 million.
