Mr Ranguma told such people to stay warned as the law will soon catch up with them.

He said such culprits will be arrested and charged in accordance with the law.

“The culprits sometime claim that the Public Service Board wants money before one gets employed," he said on Wednesday adding their days were numbered.

Ranguma said he is not sure whether the people doing this were members of the county government or some con men.

“My government does not condone such corruption and any county employee found culpable will face the full force of the law," he said.

Ranguma was speaking during the distribution of 305 wheelchairs and other assertive devices to People Living with Disability (PLWDs) in Kisumu at Jomo Kenyatta Sports ground.

He said those who have come across such people should report the matter to the police for action to be taken.
