The inhumane Nyayo regime has once again run across the memories of the Kenyans after the Deputy President William Ruto was denied chance to meet the retired president Moi, Mutahi Ngunyi has said.
According to the political analyst, the country had forgiven disastrous rule of president Moi back in 2002 with a clean heart, however, the family has poked the country’s healing wounds by mistreating DP Ruto.
“National reconciliation is all about healing the of memory the country deliberately decided to its memory from the Moi’s disaster by forgiving the old man in 2002 and we forgive mzee Moi with a clean heart but now the Moi family has started behaving badly by mistreating Arap Ruto,” said Mutahi on Sunday.
“They have started poking sticks into our healing wounds reminding us of how nasty the Moi years were including the torture of Kenneth Matiba amongst others.”
He also noted that the Moi’s family have reminded Kenyans their nasty side that Kenyans had forgiven warning the Baringo Senator Gideon Moi that the country is watching.
“This is not African, but for the Moi family to do this to our deputy president is to reveal their nasty side, the side that we forgave. Gideon Moi, the country is watching you,” said professor Mutahi through his YouTube channel.
