President Uhuru Kenyatta-led Jubilee administration is using August 8 election losers in Nyanza to frustrate Raila Odinga's campaigns ahead of repeat presidential election due next month.
According to Suba North MP Millie Odhiambo, independent candidates who have filed petitions challenging ODM members victory in last month general elections, are being used by Jubilee to sabotage Raila's campaigns.
"I am asking all those petitioners to withdraw the cases to allow lawmakers concentrate on campaigning for Raila," she told the press on Sunday.
The MP added: "They should refuse to be used by our competitors in Jubilee to frustrate Raila's chances of winning."
About six governors and a number of MPs in Nyanza and Western Kenya are facing cases challenging their wins.
President Uhuru Kenyatta of Jubilee will face off NASA's Raila Odinga in a repeat poll on October 17.
The results of August 8 election indicated that Uhuru won with over 54 per cent of the votes cast.
However, Raila challenged the outcome in the Supreme Court and won. The court ordered a fresh election in 60 days.
