The two leaders have changed the political situation of Ukambani and the entire nation.
Despite their political rivalry, Kenyans have a lot to admire whenever they hear about the two leaders. Mutua and Kalonzo went into books of history after they formed political parties that have greatly influence the politics of this county. Both Maendeleo Chap Chap and Wiper command massive support across the nation.
President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto would be speaking a different language had Mutua not walked away from Kalonzo.
The political differences of the duo have been one of the main issues of discussion in this year’s elections.
Kalonzo’s fight to tame Mutua saw him convincing Former Kathiani MP Wavinya Ndeti. Who knows tomorrow the vocal politician would be the next county boss. The iron lady is on the verge of making history if he beats the incumbent.
