A section of female politicians on Tuesday led a group of women to test their husbands' love for them through a challenge.
The Lawmakers Mary Wambui, Rachel Shebesh, Cecile Mbarire and Sabina Chege who were at an event in Othaya Approved school asked women to send 'I love you' SMS to their husband.
The wife whose husband replied with an affectionate message was to be rewarded Sh1,000.
However, the results thereafter were shocking since out f the hundreds of women involved in the challenge only one man responded back.
“It is funny that only one woman got a reply. You profess love to some men and they act surprised,” Chege was quoted by the Nairobian.
Runyenjes MP Cecile Mbarire also spoke saying that women are never appreciated yet they endure so much in life.
