[Photo: Courtesy]Nairobi gubernatorial aspirants on Monday met on the same stage, for a debate on what they have done, and what they will do for the people of Nairobi, if elected.Incumbent governor Dr Evans Kidero (ODM), his senator Mike Sonko (Jubilee) and Independent candidate Peter Kenneth and Miguna Miguna, skinned themselves alive, as they exposed each others' 'dirty' deeds on a national television. Each candidate tried as much as he could to bring the other down, by exposing what their past and also how they had fleeced the public, for those who worked in the public sector, through corruption. Here Miguna Miguna seemed to be the 'bully'. He called the other candidates thieves, saying they had nothing for Kenyans but to steal from them.According to the former advisor to the then prime minister Raila Odinga, Kenneth, Kidero and Sonko were only good at stealing."All they know is how to steal," Miguna said, as he defended his managerial experience, saying he built his law firm from the scratch. He said the firm gave him skills on how to manage employees and a company at large, compared to Kidero and Kenneth who were employed in already established companies, Mumias Sugar Company and Kenya Reinsurance Company respectively."I am the only candidate who is here with a Manifesto. The others have come here empty handed with no written agenda or Manifestos because they don't have," he said, as he answered a question from the moderator. The event held at the Daystar University Nairobi, was moderated by Standard Media Group's Joe Ageyo.
