So, when he appeared on Citizen TV's JKL show on Wednesday from Canada via Skype to clear the air on a number of issues, many expected that he would exactly do that.

Some of the issues he was asked to comment on include his delayed return to the country and his appointment as Nairobi County Deputy Governor.

However, Miguna who seemed to be in a foul mood opted to give vague answers while attacking everything and everyone including his host (Jeff Koinange) whom he accused of unprofessionalism and being ignorant of law and history. He also accused him of outright bias and 'acting for the regime'.

"I’m not here to talk about Governor Sonko or Cliff Ombeta; I’m not going to discuss non-issues. I’m here to talk about how my rights have been violated and the attempts we are making to have me back in Kenya," Miguna barked on being asked about his appointment as Nairobi DG.

Miguna also accused his host and the Kenyan media in general of what he termed as the 'glorification of tyranny that has taken over the country'.

Asked on when he intends to come back to the country, he said that the 'regime at Nairobi' has refused him.

"I have court orders but they have refused to allow me back into the country. What else do you want me to do? I'd not have an army. I want the court orders respected so that I can come back home," he added.

Miguna evaded a question on whether he would work with Governor Mike Sonko saying "I will not answer that question today Jeff".

"I will come back and I will make an announcement on who I will work with when I’m back," he said.

Asked to comment on the current state of affairs in Nairobi, he said he will talk about Nairobi when he deems it fit to do so.
