A disgruntled Raila Odinga refused to pick calls from his co-principals after Tuesday's swearing-in until the following day, reports the Saturday Standard.
During Wednesday's press conference that was reportedly convened by Jimmy Wanjigi, Raila tried to absolve Kalonzo Musyoka, Musalia Mudavadi and Moses Wetangula from skipping the event.
"They have explained why they missed and NASA is united more than before," said a visibly frustrated Raila.
Sources claim that the three had switched off their phones minutes to swearing-in, leaving Raila stranded in a city hotel.
And in retaliation, the source says, Raila ignored their calls throughout the evening after the inauguration which was rather successful.
"They never thought the vent would be a success and Raila had to ignore their calls that evening until the following day."
Since then, the government has unleashed crackdown on leaders believed to be behind the controversial oath taking.
