Depression is a major threat to a happy living. Life doesn't seem real and enjoyable when one is filled with stress, anxiety and depression.
To prevent a lot of depression, Improve your sleeping habit. Go to bed a little earlier than normal. Sleep lets your mind relax keeping you away from depression. Find activities you have passion in doing that gives you a sense of purpose and improves your mood and reduce your risk of depression. Being busy makes you not think too much about an issue that may arouse depression in you.
Do a bit of exercise. Exercise is largely valuable because it improves your mood. It doesn't have to be so heavy. Just a mild exercise will relax your mind and improve your moods.
Stop blaming yourself. Put yourself in a position where you can accept what you can’t change and focus on changing what you can. Self blames often renders one depressed.
Find friends you trust and spend most of your time with them. Open up to them to seek advices and make fun when together. This will keep you off from thinking too much resulting depression.
