Researchers have come to the rescue of men and offered help on how one can lower the risk of suffering prostrate cancer.
According to researchers in the US, any man should not hang his boots too early.
Researchers hypothesised that sexual activity can protect one by secreting a fluid which is found in semen.
"Sexual activity may flush out cancer-causing chemicals," a report published in Journal of the American Medical Association said.
"A further hypothesis implicates repression of sexuality as a risk factor for prostate cancer and is derived from greater sexual drive coupled with deprived sexual activity," the researcher's said.
The research said a man should aim about 20 ejaculations a day.
