2. Eat healthy foods
The foods you eat are very important. Do not eat anything you come across and expect to perform well in the bedroom. Some of the best foods to include in your diet include avocado, bananas, figs and celery among others.
3. Exercise frequently
It can be a wise idea to hit the gym daily. If you do not have time to workout at the gym then take a short run around your compound after arriving from work and in the morning. Exercising will boost your performance in bed.
