New employees usually expect so much from their new jobs and organisations. However, one of the hardest things to deal with at your new place of work is a bullying boss. This can kill your morale and even paint a bad picture of the organization in your mind. Here are simple tips on how new employees can deal with bully bosses.1.    Understand the causeEverything happens for a reason. If you are being bullied at your place of work by either your boss or even co-workers, you should understand why they do so. Understanding why something happens forms a great basis for coming up with ways to solve it. More so, you will be able to change the cause of such bullying to leave your boss with no other reason for bullying you.2.    Ask for helpSometimes you can be bullied and just keep quiet. This is never encouraged at places of work. Ask for help from your co-workers or even the organisation’s committee. They will talk to your boss about this issues and he/she will realise that what they were doing was wrong and against the company’s laws and regulations.3.    Take the bullyingSometimes the best thing you can do is take in all people do unto you. This can work especially for bullying bosses who want you to have a hard time at your place of work. Enjoying what they do to you will annoy them, making them feel bad and with time they will feel ashamed of their actions and correct them. However, do this if the bullying can be manageable.4.    Talk to them about itIf you feel like someone is bullying you for no good reason, try and talk to them. Your boss is human and talking to them can change things around your place of work. Choose a time when they are in good moods and then face them and talk to them about how they bully you. 5.    Change your jobPeople can hate you for no good reason. If your boss wants to chase you from your job, you should consider looking for greener pastures. Sometimes bullying bosses can go to an extreme of doing even harm to you at your place of work. The best thing you can do is to quit your job and look for greener pastures elsewhere.
