Are you always angry, bitter unhappy and complaining? A lot of people harbor a lot of negative energy. The unfortunate thing about negative energy is that it doesn't end with you. You will find a way to ruin your wife's day, annoy the waitress or miss spending time with your daughter because you're too busy sulking on your phone. There's something you can do about it. First identify the root of all that anger. Is it because you are still mad for what your parents did? Is it your failures that get to you and break you down? Or is it that your nature or nurture makes you obsess over matters? The best way to squeeze out that negative energy is to spend lots of time with people who bubble with positive energy. You know who I'm talking about! The people who are always smiling, laughing and just seem to be delighted all the time. Spending a lot of time with someone causes you to pick up their habits. Nothing wrong with picking up happy habits! Don't obsess over bad circumstances since it can't change it. Be more solution-oriented than swimming in worry. If a solution is not reachable, find ways to distract your mind. You know, like spending time with those folks full of cheer and merry. Don't engage in negative ways of escapism; it will make matters worse. Play golf, take dancing classes or play pool. Nothing that causes harm to you health, emotions or mind.
