Exercising should not be restricted to only going to the gym or taking that morning jog every day.
There are so many ways you can exercise during the day without even noticing that you have.Here are a few tips to do so.
Take the stairs.Taking the lift always seems like the better option but is really unhealthy especially for those who are always working and don't get time to workout.By doing so you raise your heart rate and in addition, you get to tone those thighs.Always take the stairs, forget about that elevator or taking that lift.
Try to move at least every two hours.Stop getting glued to your seat all the time, learn to move from one area to another, instead of sending someone to deliver documents for you, take them yourself and use that as a reason to exercise more.
Take the bus.Rarely will any bus take you from your doorstep and deliver you right in front of your office.It would do you good to always take a walk from your house to the bus stop instead of driving to work every day.This will help you exercise more.
