It's a common challenge to everyone having terrible bosses, yet everybody thinks that they're awesome and that their employees love working for them.
Egocentric. Everything is about him. Not the organizational goals, but his bonus. Not about the team, but minding his individual performance. “How I look” is more necessary than something else.
Always on the right. You are always in the wrong, but your boss never is. He can never admit a mistake because it would threaten her self-esteem.
Intimidates everyone around. A bad boss can never appreciate a good thing done by a member of staff and even on the smallest mistake, they keep on harassing everyone in the team and keep on telling about the consequences of losing the job.
Poor listeners. Never attentive in listening, they do not give time to their team to know them or learn what they might have to say concerning the development. They always think that they are right and do not value others opinion.
Resist change. Always stagnant and dislike changing certain procedures within the workplace. Generally, people don’t like doing something that may need them to change; however, for managers to resist change is boosting stagnancy.
Arrogant. Just like stubbornness, an arrogant boss can ruin workplace with their flashy personality. They will carry around this horrible boldness that will make them seem as if they’re the most powerful person in the world.
In order for workplaces will grow rapidly, we need to inspire people to become higher leaders by trying distinctive employee engagement practices that will guide workers to lead better and respect one another.
