You may even carry a rope to skip or even a ball to play with your kids. Couldn't a match between "Team mummy and daddy and kids" be very interesting? After all this, you may close the chapter with the obvious- visiting the grandparents.
This will be close to Christmas and kids will have had enough time with the parents and will have gotten enough counsel.
The grandmother will not have a long hectic moment struggling to speak Swahili or English to the grandchildren- just few weeks if not days.
Now you have no reason to worry about what to do with your kids.
But with all this, the greatest commandment remains: thou shall not have fun and feast until you forget 'njaanuary' is coming and you shall need school fees.
