We have all faced rejection at some point in life. It could be that job you never got, that audition you never passed or that boy or girl who said no to you. You cannot avoid rejection but you can be immune to it. Many times rejection drives us to doubt ourselves rather than affirm ourselves.
It just brings our spirit low and we often blame ourselves for every door that shuts on our faces. The best advice you get from people is not to give up, go to the drawing board and start all over. All these are good advice but have you ever done all that over and over again but still get nothing?
The few successful people who are seen to be super smart just found an intelligent way of facing rejection. They got to that place where they stopped blaming themselves and started believing in themselves. The founder of Disney got fired for lack of creativity because he had a dream that his superior could not get it. Guess what, it turns out he was right after all. Disney Company is proof. The inventors of the plane, their father thought they were crazy to build something that could fly. They did it anyway. Sometimes you do not have to change a thing but let your thing change the world.
Your story should not always be one of rejection. It can be facing rejection through transformation. It is not always about bending to the rules and traditions, sometimes it is about breaking out of them. You will face a lot of criticism, yes. In the process, learning can be painful because you will often fall and get up with some scars but every bruise you get will be worth it.
