Kenya African National Union (KANU) Secretary General, Nick Salat, has claimed that President Uhuru Kenyatta betrayed Baringo Senator Gideon Moi.
Speaking on Friday, Salat said that President Uhuru had failed to fulfill all the promises he assured KANU before the August 8 general election.
He accused the Jubilee administration of sidelining the independence party in government appointments.
Salat further stated that KANU fulfilled its end of the bargain as it ensured the re-electionof President Kenyatta and his deputy in both the August 8 and October 26 elections.
"We were faithful and we will remain to be so. Even though they forgot to give us slots in the recent appointments, we willcontinue to be faithful," asserted Salat
Emurua Dikirr MP Johana K Ng'eno, also complained that a section of influential Jubilee leaders pushed for the filing of apetition against his win, claiming that they are undermining his leadership.
"KANU will seek new partners in the 2022 election, " affirmed Johana.
