This Morning the Supreme Court has reaffirmed that the Constitution guarantees all ; In doing so, they’ve reaffirmed by majority that all Institutions including the IEBC are entitled to STRICT ADHERENCE to the laws governing them.

The greatness of a nation lies in it's fidelity to the constitution and strict adherance to the rule of law and fear of God" Chief Justice Maraga

To my Presidential candidate Prime Minister Raila Odinga and Kalonzo Musyoka you have been vindicated. The culture of neglecting the law and acting with impunity when conducting the elections has come to a brutal end.

This was about justice. The constitution is not a mere piece of paper as some have thought. Laws are not made in vain. It's upon iebc to conduct another election in sixty days in accordance with the supreme law.

Kenya now stands tall among its peers on maters of justice.

God bless Kenya.
