New details have emerged regarding the controversial 'swearing-in' of NASA leader Raila Odinga.
Quetions had been raised why three other NASA principal missed the occasion.
It was later alleged that the absence was a strategy while some section of the opposition argue that all NASA principals were not in agreement.
On Saturday, Ford Kenya Deputy Party leader Boni Khalwale led a strategy meeting held in Naivasha where leaders agreed to take the war to Raila's doorstep.
According to the Standard, the leaders claimed that Raila swore himself in against the wishes of his co-principals who wanted the event postponed.
Khalwale led a 10-member team to a retreat in Naivasha to receive the report of the special technical team advising Ford Kenya and Amani National Congress (ANC) on the recent events in NASA.
The meeting was attended by MPs Sakwa Bunyasi (Nambale) and Chris Wamalwa (Kiminini), ANC Secretary General Barack Muluka, Eric Wafuko and lawyer Eunice Lumala.
The group discussed the controversial swearing in of Raila in the absence of the other co-principals, raising questions whether there was an agreement among the four leaders.
