[Photo|shutter stock.com]Women trying to shed extra weight to no avail could actually find the answer in their reflection in the mirror.According to one nutritionist and personal trainer, you can figure out which diet is perfect for your body type simply by looking in the mirror.Thomas Eastham has told Byrdie that every woman has one of three body types - endomorph, ectomorph and mesomorph.Eastham explained that one can actually assess which category they belong to by looking into the mirror, and shared the ideal ratio of carbs, protein and fat one should be having with each meal depending on the body type.Those of the body type, ectomorphs and who are generally thin and have a petite frame and small bone structure with a figure that resembles that of an athlete, can eat what they want without putting on weight thanks to their speedy metabolism and high carbohydrate tolerance. He suggests a diet formula of 55 percent carbs, 25 percent protein, and 20 percent fat.Women with mesomorphs body type, which has a medium bone structure and athletic frame, are advised to have a fairy mixed diet which works well for this body type. They are further advised to stick to a formula of 40 percent carbohydrate, 30 percent protein, and 30 percent fat.Finally, those of the body type endomorphs and usually have a larger bone structure with a higher body fat percentage and, therefore, less active than the other body types, are advised on a diet of 25 per cent carbs, 35 per cent protein, and 40 per cent fat.
