Self-declared National Resistance Movement (NRM) General Miguna Miguna has launched a funds drive to support the activities of the organisation.

The lawyer through his Twitter account thanked NRM members for their support so far and urged them to support the movement financially if in a position to do so.Miguna further shared a Paypal link which he asked those willing to contribute to use to send the funds. “I thank patriots, comrades, and friends of Kenya for their support and solidarity. The despots must fall.#UhuruMustGo,” he added.Miguna was recently deported from Kenya to Canada over his role in the 'swearing-in' of NASA leader Raila Odinga on January 30.His deportation was later revoked by the High Court, and Miguna is expected back in the country on March 26.Following his deportation, he announced that he would go on a world tour to promote NRM and mobilise resources.The vocal lawyer is currently on a global tour to popularise NRM's activities which aim to remove President Uhuru Kenyatta from power. The opposition has maintained that President Uhuru was invalidly elected during the August 8 polls.NASA now wants the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) to conduct fresh elections in August.
