Hundreds of Catholic faithful and locals in Eldoret town and it's environs on Friday had an opportunity to view the body of the late Eldoret Catholic Diocese Bishop Cornelius Korir.

There was somber mood at the church as the convoy of Bishop's body snaked its way into the cathedral grounds.

Uasin Gishu governor Jackson Mandago and his Nandi counterpart Stephen Sang were among mourners present when the body arrived for public viewing.
