Four more bodies have been recovered at the Huruma building in Nairobi County, pushing the death toll to 33.
80 people are still missing following the collapse of the six-storey building last week Friday due to heavy rains.
The National Disaster Management Unit which is at the scene of the tragedy says the rescue operation remains delicate but will continue.
Five people who were arrested in connection with the building's collapse were on Wednesday released on Sh500,000 cash bail or a deposit of Sh1 million bond.
Samuel Kamau and his brother Henry Muiruri will be charged once the prosecution finalises its investigations.
The three other suspects Crispus Ndinyo, Justus Kathenge and Seline Ogallo were released on Sh500,000 cash bail with an alternative of Sh1 million bond with a surety of the same amount.
